5-Year State Apprenticeship Program Requirements

• Minimum of 8,640 hours of on-the-job training
• Minimum of 720 hours of related training at an area technical college
• Minimum of 200 hours of unpaid related training of ABC-approved topics
• Minimum of 30 hours of electrical code updates
• Minimum of 60 hours of welding
• Apprentice must maintain current First Aid and CPR training
